Reception Services

Whether for comfort or security, we have various options so that the client can have the best experience from the very first moment in Switzerland.
Reception with transfer driver:
The driver waits for the client in the airport lobby and escorts them to the car (standard transfer service).
Meet & greet: the driver waits for the client at the luggage belt, takes care of the luggage, and escorts them through customs to the car.
Reception within the airport:
Accompanying service from the plane exit, through passport control, baggage claim, customs, and escorting to the airport lobby.
VIP Reception:
VIP service from the aircraft, including limousine service. This service also includes a butler, access to the lounge, and a special passport control line.
Reception by a guide or companion:
A guide or companion will be waiting in the airport lobby and will escort the client to the hotel, transfer, or public transport – as agreed upon.
Guided Tour
We have extensive knowledge of reputable guides tailored to each client’s profile – there are clients who prefer a tour with historical facts and general culture, others want to collect Instagram-worthy photos, and some are super adventurous. There’s definitely also the client who wants it all!
We will recommend the best professional for each case and design a personalised itinerary so that the experience can be fully enjoyed.
Guided tours can be done in a city for a few hours or for a full day, with visits to alpine villages, mountains, and authentic experiences of each location.

Swiss Travel Pass
Swiss Travel Pass is a public transport pass in Switzerland for tourists – only non-residents can use it, allowing for unlimited travel by train, bus, tram, boat – and even cable cars – on a certain number of days. The pass allows travel on all public transport lines in the country.
