Gotthard Panorama Express – Starting in Lugano or Bellinzona, this journey takes you from the south directly to the heart of Switzerland. Route: Lugano/Bellinzona to Flüelen by train, then from Flüelen to Lucerne by boat. The journey can also be done in the opposite direction. Duration: approx. 5 hours and 30 minutes.
Bernina Express – With the route from Chur to St. Moritz to Tirano (Italy), the crossing of the Alps with the Bernina Express is simply spectacular. An unforgettable moment worth capturing is the crossing of the Landwasser Viaduct, a landmark of the Rhaetian Railway and a UNESCO World Heritage Site – this stretch is the same as the Glacier Express. Between Chur and Tirano, the Bernina Express passes through 55 tunnels and over 196 bridges. It also goes through amazing places like the Montebello Curve with views of the Bernina Range, the Morteratsch Glacier, the three lakes Lej Pitschen, Lej Nair, and Lago Bianco, Alp Grüm, and the circular viaduct of Brusio. Luzern–Interlaken Express – During this approximately two-hour journey, you can admire five crystal-clear mountain lakes, which collect water from various rivers and waterfalls.
